 Educational SeminarPlease join us as Chef Carlos Gaytan, Executive Chef and Owner of Mexique will be demonstrating and sampling two of his specialties Cochinita, achiote and tequila braised pork shoulder, and Guacamole Dessert.
Mexique is a full service restaurant offering a historical blending of Mexican and French cuisine. Chef Carlos will be sharing how he adds his modern touch and personal style to these popular cuisines.
Networking and nibbles will follow the seminar.
